Required Candidate Profile

Education: MSc in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields (Preferred), though BSc holders with significant experience are encouraged to apply.
Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and R.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with NGS workflows, bioinformatics tools, and machine learning techniques.
Infrastructure: Practical experience with Linux, High-Performance Computing (HPC), or cloud computing environments

Role

Analyze biological systems using advanced computational tools and methodologies.
Develop and optimize pipelines for NGS and metagenomics research.
Apply machine learning and AI techniques to interpret large-scale biological datasets.
Collaborate with researchers to design bioinformatics tools, databases, and visualization platforms.
Work closely with biologists to translate complex data into actionable scientific insights
